Dear Colleagues and Friends, On behalf of the European Head and Neck Society and the Belgian Head and Neck Oncological Societies, it is a true honor and pleasure to invite you all to Leuven, for the sixth edition of the EU-ROBOT conference from 2-5 December 2026 in Leuven, Belgium. This congress will bring together leading experts, researchers, and clinicians from around the world to explore the latest advancements, share clinical experiences, and discuss the future of robotics and robot-like surgery within the field of head and neck. With a strong focus on scientific excellence, the program will offer a hands-on course, cutting-edge lectures and interactive sessions designed to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration across disciplines. Submit your abstract by 1 April, 23.59 CEST at the latest via our abstract submission platform.

We kindly invite you to submit your abstract following the guidelines below:
- Abstracts must be written in English and submitted electronically via the Conftool abstract management system.
- The title may not exceed 20 words.
- The abstract may not exceed 350 words and must follow the structured format: Background, Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusions (please include these section headings in the text).
- Please include exactly five keywords with your abstract.
- When submitting, you will be asked to choose between:
- Oral presentation - Poster presentation - Oral presentation (if not accepted, willing to present a poster)
Please note that all submissions will be evaluated by the scientific committee. Abstracts submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation. All submission instructions are available on our website.

ORSI Training (2 December):
- Only 18 spots available!
- Invited expert faculty in robotic head and neck surgery
- Full training day in ORSI facilities
- Target audience: ENT, head and neck surgeons with basic experience in robotic surgery who aim to advance their competence in transoral and cervical robotic procedures.
Winter meeting of the Belgian Head and Neck Societies (3 December):
