Professor Dominique Chevalier, M.D., is ENT and Head and Neck Surgeon. He trained at Lille University and in the ENT-Head & Neck Surgery service of the University Hospital. He upheld in 1989 his thesis on "laryngeal partial surgery" under the direction of Professor Jean-Jacques Piquet. In 1997 he became professor of ENT at the Lille University. In 2007 He became Chief of the ENT Head and Neck Surgery Department. He is currently
co-chairing the Permanent Medical Commission of the Regional Reference Center of Cancer.
He is member of the board of the French Head and Neck Oncologic society. He is member of the Founding Board of the European Head and Neck Society. He is member of 5 societies and is or has been involved in scientific journals as reviewer.
He was member of the board of the French ENT HN society (2001-2007).
He published or was involved in more than 200 papers, abstracts and chapters, presented more than 80 oral presentations and gave more than 10 invited lectures mainly on the topics of endoscopic, external larynx surgery, salivary gland surgery.
