It is our intent to make the 4th European Conference an event of high scientific merit and a friendly gathering of old friendships and new acquaintances.
IMPORTANT DATES:

Abstract submission deadline: October 25th 2009
Following the success of the inaugural conference in Lille in November 2001 and the subsequent ones in Lille in 2003 and in Zagreb, Croatia in May 2008, the Founding Board of EHNS are pleased to announce the 4th European Conference on Head and Neck Oncology to take place in Athens, Greece, 4-6 March 2010.
As with previous events in the series, the scientific program will include invited lectures, proffered papers, debates, and posters. The program will be supported by a commercial exhibition, delegate receptions and an official dinner.
A full pre-congress day will be organized by the Hellenic Cooperative Treatment Group of Head and Neck Cancer in the form of panel discussions which registered participants can attend at no additional fee.
Topics will include:
A. For Proffered Papers (oral presentations)
1. HPV and head and neck diseases
2. Head and neck cancer in young and old patients
3. Better targeting the disease
4. Nutritional support and other supportive care in head and neck cancer
B. For Poster presentations
1. Epidemiology and Health Economics
2. Molecular Biology and Genetics
3. Diagnosis, Staging and Prognosis
4. Pathology
5. Surgery
6. Radiotherapy and Combined Treatments
7. Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Alternative and Future treatments
8. Reconstruction
9. Dental Rehabilitation and Quality of Life
10. Recurrences, Metastasis, Nursing and Terminal Care
Call for Papers
Abstracts are currently invited for oral and poster presentations on the above topics. Authors should submit abstracts by September 30, 2009.
