Outlined below are the Terms and Conditions under which you may use the European Head & Neck Society web site (http://www.ehns.org/). The Terms and Conditions apply to the entirety of the site including the On-line Services and all other services offered by or through the EHNS web site. Please read this page carefully. The European Head & Neck Societies (hereinafeter called "EHNS") reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Purpose of the EHNS web site
The main purpose of the web site is to disseminate information about EHNS, its mission and its activities.
The website has two kind of access:
- Public access for anybody
- Reserved access for EHNS’s member only

Exemptions
Unexpected cancellation events: EHNS reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation conferences in the event of force majeure cases (strikes, fires, damages, or other fatal occurences). In such cases, EHNS is freed of all responsibility.
Limitation of liability of the EHNS: In the event of it being impossible for EHNS to carry out the meeting for force majeure cases (strikes, fires, damages, or other fatal occurences), so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to EHNS, EHNS shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event.
Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE EUROPEAN HEAD & NECK SOCIETY OR ANY AFFILIATED STAFF OR WEB SITE CONTRIBUTORS, BE LIABLE TO YOU, AS A WEB SITE VISITOR OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR BODY, FOR ANY DECISION TAKEN OR ACTED UPON AS A RESULT OF RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION OR PHILOSOPHIES CONTAINED OR EXPRESSED WITHIN THE WEBSITE.
